We have been preparing for this and I will like to explain how it will work for everyone. This lockdown affects all our residents. The only exemptions are healthcare related businesses; food processing, distribution and retail companies, petroleum distribution, retail entities, power generation, transmission and distribution companies and private security companies We will use this containment period to identify, trace and isolate all individuals that have come into contact with confirmed cases. We will also ensure the treatment of confirmed cases while restricting further spread to other states. I understand the uncertainty that a lot of you are feeling at the moment but I want to encourage you to be resilient, we are determined to beat this disease, by the grace of God, and us adhering strictly to the instructions been given on social distancing, constant washing of hands, sanitizing as many times as possible, not touching our faces etc.
