Read how MNJTF Commander visits injured Soldiers at the Hospital
The commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force maj. Gen.Ibrahim Manu Yusuf has visited wounded soldier who are recuperating at the hospital on Thursday.
The soldiers who are of cameroon, chadian, Nigerien and Nigerian nationalities are currently recuperating from injuries sustained in the ongoing counter insurgency operations in the lake chad Area.
In an information made known by the MNJTF chief of military public information Col. Timothy Antigua, the visiting commander expresses his total commitment to ensuring that the ailing soldiers get the best medicare it can.
Addressing the affected soldiers at the N’Djamena Specialist hospital, Yusuf said they fought for a good cause which they and their families should be very proud of. Saying, “The MNJTF is very proud of you and your sacrifices and is committed to ensuring the best medicare that will guarantee your full recovery” he said
Responding, the soldiers express happiness for the visit and said they can’t wait to be better so they can join their colleagues in their various disciplines.
