Like Rivers and Zamfara States, Bayelsa APC May Not Take Part in Nov 16 Guber Poll…Here is Why
The ugly trends of infighting which stopped the All Progressives Congress (APC) from participating in the governorship elections in Rivers and Zamfara states are currently playing out in Bayelsa State.
It would require more than a miracle for APC to and its guber candidate, David Lyon, to participate in the Saturday governorship poll.
It would be recalled that APC suffered same party’s infighting in Rivers and Zamfara states thereby denying it the opportunity to participate in the March 9 guber elections in the two states respectively.
A Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa had Thursday nullified the governorship primaries that produced Lyon as the APC candidate.
