Why We Set Up Ogun Business Advisory Council, By Abiodun


Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, yesterday explained that a Business Advisory Council has been constituted in line with his administration’s determination to maximise the set objectives of the Public Private Sector Partnership (PPP) agenda.

The governor said the council would be saddled with the responsibilities of monitoring and evaluating the framework to actualise the agenda his administration “considers fundamental to the creation of an enduring economic development and prosperity of the people of Ogun State.”

He added that the state government’s economic blueprint provides for a conducive and competitive environment for business enterprises to thrive, saying the Business Advisory Council would set clear predictable standard of engagement that would apply to all development partners.
