Airlift of Pilgrims from Saudi Arabia back to Nigeria to commence 17th August by Flynas and Max Air.
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria has held a post Arafat meeting with all the stake holders in Makka the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting which was held on Thursday 15th August, at the Al-Raqiyya hall, ring road Khalidiya 3, Makka, has in attendance the Ag, Chairman Barr. Abdullahi Muktar, Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Riyad, Justice Issa Dodo NAHCON Commissioner Operations Alhaji Abdullahi Modibo amongst other top staff of the commission.
The meeting was held to review the whole 2019 Hajj exercise, as well as map out strategies on way forward.
During the meeting, the commissioner Operations Alhaji Abdullahi Modibo makes it known to journalist, that the phase two of the airlifting of pilgrims back to Nigeria will commence on the 17th August.
Modibo disclosed that only Flynas and MaxAir will participate in the exercise, noting that Medview has been exempted from the airlift since it could not transport pilgrims from Nigeria during the first phase of the air bound to the holy land..
